Reaction Fitness Collective offers nearly 50 classes over the course of the week including a Functional Fitness class, Fitness Express, Burn, and Open Gym. If you are looking for some extra one on one attention, we offer personal training, individual programming as well as nutrition coaching to to meet your specific needs and goals.
Our Functional Fitness program seeks to build strength, speed, stamina, and agility for members as a way to safely and efficiently navigate the physical world and the demands it places on our bodies. Simply put, we aim to teach, train, and replicate the movements necessary to live an independent life: pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, walking, running. We combine a variety of strength and conditioning tools to give members a uniquely challenging experience with every workout!
Our Burn program is an all-levels class that focuses on building aerobic capacity. In other words, this is your cardio class! Perfect for supplementing your traditional strength and conditioning program, or it can be used as a stand-alone workout. Either way, you will feel a good burn! Classes are 45 minutes in length and focus on body weight movements as well as light load-bearing exercises.
We know life can get a little hectic and making it to class isn’t always possible. Our Open Gym is available to those looking to complete a workout on their own. It also provides a great space for those looking to work on more technical movements; mobility, strength, gymnastics, etc. Open Gym is coach-supervised but member-led!
Fitness Express takes the quality of the Functional Fitness class and coaching and adds time efficiency to the mix! These classes are perfect for those looking to get in a good workout in a timely fashion. Each class is completed on a 45-minute running clock, with each section having its own time frame. If you’re an early riser, these classes are perfect for you!
The Women’s Wellness Program is a female coached, all-female, strength, conditioning, and empowerment program that focuses on building strong women, both inside and out. This is a fun and supportive class, designed for women of all fitness levels with varying fitness goals. Our aim is to empower women to be confident in their own skin and their abilities, using group fitness and wellness activities as a platform to do so.
We understand that fitness is not a one-size-fits-all program. It is a unique journey for every individual that walks through our doors! We offer individual sessions that allow us to uniquely tailor each session specifically to your needs. These are based on each member’s needs, goals, resources, etc. and allow us to really take you hand-in-hand down your fitness journey. Personal training is perfect for getting started, or for seasoned members looking to get extra coaching to help reach specific goals.
In order to get the most out of your fitness journey, it is essential to have a nutrition plan in place. While that may sound overwhelming, we are here to help. At RFC, we offer nutrition guidance, accountability, and education to help you maintain sustainable healthy eating and drinking habits. Whether you want to achieve competitive goals, maintain consistency, or improve body composition, we are here to help you identify, address, and achieve your nutrition goals.
Individual Program Design
Individual Program Design gives you access to all of our fitness, nutrition, and personal training techniques from the comfort and leisure of your own environment. Individual Program Design athletes can be in-person members using our Open Gym program, or train remotely in their own space- either way they receive specific training plans, check-ins, and goal-setting from their personal coach. Individual Program Design is perfect for members looking for more consistent accountability and a specified road map to reach their goals.
