Set achievable goals. Begin by setting realistic and attainable goals. Start with small, measurable objectives that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine. For example, I will move my body for at least 15 minutes 3x this week.
Tip #2 - Choose activities you enjoy
Engage in physical activities that you genuinely enjoy. It could be walking, jogging, dancing, swimming, or any sport that interests you. When you enjoy what you're doing, it becomes easier to stick with it.

Tip #3 - Schedule your workouts
Plan specific times for your workouts and treat them as non-negotiable appointments. Consistency is key to building habits, so having a set schedule increases the likelihood of sticking to your fitness routine.
Tip #4 - Find an accountability partner
Having someone to hold you accountable can significantly increase your chances of success. Find a friend, family member, or colleague who shares similar fitness goals, and work out together or check in with each other regularly.
Tip #5 - Celebrate small victories!
Acknowledge and reward yourself for reaching milestones or sticking to your fitness routine. Treat yourself to something you enjoy- bundle your temptation with your goal of moving more and treat yourself when you accomplish your goal. Celebrating achievements (of all sizes!) reinforces positive behavior.
